ABOUT ERICA
Throughout my years of nursing, the moments that stayed with me were never the clinical procedures or the charted metrics.
They were the conversations.
The ones where a patient finally felt heard. Where we celebrated a small win that meant everything. Where I could sit with someone in a hard moment and help them find their footing again. Where sharing the right information at the right time genuinely changed someone's path.
Those moments were always my favorite part of the work, finding coaching gave me the space to live in them fully.
I became a nurse coach with the dream of creating something of my own. But what I discovered along the way was something deeper, a true calling. A calling to help people understand their own bodies, gently challenge the beliefs that have been holding them back, and build health goals that actually fit their real, beautiful, complicated lives.
In a world full of noise, quick fixes, and rushed appointments where you leave with more questions than answers, I wanted to create something different. A place to slow down. To talk. To learn. To feel genuinely supported by someone who is both clinically trained and deeply invested in you as a whole person.

And my mission has always been simple: to help you feel better, move better, and live a fuller, healthier life, with the knowledge and confidence to make it last.
